100 Black Men of Atlanta, Inc.’s “Saturday School” provides study skills & test-taking workshops, leadership training seminars, life skills training, tutorials, college preparatory support, cultural enrichment classes, psycho-social support, technology enrichment courses, family, youth & empowerment programs, health & wellness initiatives as well as group mentoring.
The 100 has created a proven experiential learning opportunity that prepares students for college. During Saturday School, students select individual courses and rotate to different classes throughout the day. Students impacted include 4th – 12th grades.
Collegiate 100 students and 100 Mentors participate as instructors, tutors and classroom monitors.
