Since 1986, the members of 100 Black Men of Atlanta, Inc. have delivered on their mission by supporting the students and families of Project Success. Mentoring actually takes place through the programs and initiatives of Project Success. 100 Black Men of Atlanta’s unique approach to the mentor-mentee relationship has evolved into group and one-on-one mentoring through a tiered team concept, where mentees become mentors, and a life-long mentoring cycle is born.
